I read something this week and decided that the vulnerability behind it was incredibly helpful. So I’ll share my version too. And if you’re someone who is perfect and quick to judge just keep scrolling because you’re not my people and this post isn’t for you 👏🏻

Behind every Godly, encouraging post is…….

A girl who struggles some days to read her Bible consistently. Who sometimes feeds her flesh MORE than her spirit. A girl who struggles to do the right thing when it would be easier to just do what she wants, and sometimes she does.

A girl who struggles with imposter syndrome and often feels like a fraud. Why? Because I struggle too. With sin, with choosing kindness sometimes, with feeling like my imperfections shine so brightly that I have no business sharing the gospel with any of you.

Behind every Godly post, there’s a girl who desperately wants to get it right but often gets it wrong. She struggles with anxiety and worry. But you know what….

She won’t quit! She is walking out sanctification before all of your very eyes and it can be a scary place to be but it’s the place God called her. There are times she knows she messed up and the enemy really tries to make that the final straw, but God has greater plans and reminds her of exactly who she is in HIM.

So if you ever struggle with imperfections mixed with sharing the gospel, welcome to the exact place you’re supposed to be. You’re among many others we read about in the Bible that made INCREDIBLE impacts on the lives of others. You are worthy and have purpose because HE says 🫶🏻
